Care for your underwear
Your underwear will last significantly longer if you take proper care of it. A good bra can last for many years.

Preferably wash by hand
The best way to care for your underwear is to avoid machine washing. Washing machines can be tough on fabrics, which may negatively affect the fit. Instead, hand wash your underwear to extend its lifespan. Use a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and hang to dry.
If you choose to wash in a washing machine
If you prefer to wash your bra and panties in a washing machine, do so at 40°C with a laundry bad and a gentle detergent. Colored underwear should always be washed with a color detergent. For white garments, you can use a detergent with optical brighteners, as it helps maintain the whiteness. Never use bleach, even on white garments. Always follow the care instructions on the garment. Fabric softener should be avoided, as it can damage specific materials found in sports bras (such as delicate breathable fibers). Fabric softener can clog the pores of these fibers, reducing their breathability.

Don’t mix fabrics
Do not wash tights together with white synthetic underwear. Tights contain dye, and with every wash, they release small amounts of color that white panties and bras can easily absorb. Underwear should preferably be washed separately.
Never tumble dry your underwear
This ruins both the elastics in the garment, and if your bras have under wires
