Since Harry Swegmark founded the company in 1937, quality in design and production, as well as careful material selection, have been key driving forces for us. We understand the importance of customers returning—not because their underwear has worn out, but because they need more or have recommended our comfort and quality to friends.

The first bra manufacturer in Europe to receive ISO 9001 certification

That’s why it was natural for us to be pioneers in quality certification. In 1996, Swegmark of Sweden became the first bra manufacturer in Europe to receive ISO 9001 certification. Today, we are certified according to the 2015 revision of the standard. For us, certification means working towards validity in internal processes, customer relations, and product and service quality. For our customers, it means we are committed to systematically improving our quality and exceeding their expectations.

We also recognize that our strategic decision to own our production in Latvia and exclusively use European suppliers gives us financial control, promoting long-term economic sustainability.
