Any questions about our products, your order or how to shop from our online store? You are more than welcome to contact our customer services. For us to give you the best and quickest support, please quote your order number.

Our customer service is available by phone Monday - Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Fridays from 9 AM to 12 PM.
We are closed for lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM.
You can also contact us by email - you will always get a response within 2 working days. Support is provided in English.

Please note that during the summer weeks, both response times and phone hours may vary slightly due to limited staffing. We will of course do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
