Discount Codes & Offers

  • Discount codes or promotions cannot be activated or adjusted after purchase.

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout before completing the purchase.

  • If a product is returned, a discount code used for that purchase cannot be reactivated or transferred to another item.

  • Exchanges on discounted items can only be made for items of equal value after the discount is applied.

  • Discount codes are only valid on regular-priced items, unless otherwise stated, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Terms for the "3 for 2" Offer

  • This offer applies during specified campaign periods for items on sale or regular price.

  • When you purchase three items, the cheapest item is free.

  • Returns: If you return the free item, no refund will be issued. If you return a purchased item but keep the free item, you will be charged for the free item.

  • If a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order or remove unavailable items.

  • This campaign cannot be combined with other offers.

Terms for "Gift with Purchase" Campaigns

  • If a promotion includes a free gift, the gift must be returned if the order no longer qualifies for the campaign.

  • If the free item is not returned, you will be charged the value of the item.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe, we reserve the right to charge for return shipping and handling fees.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the products.

Return Policy

  • Bras and swimwear can be returned, but bikini bottoms and swimsuits must have the hygiene protection intact to be eligible for return.

  • Intimate products such as panties, girdles, and bodysuits cannot be returned unless they have an intact security seal.

How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Costs & Exchanges

  • If you return an item without exchange, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise stated. The exact return cost depends on your location and will be displayed in the return instructions.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, we offer free return shipping under the following conditions:

    1. You must place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

    2. After placing your new order, you need to notify our customer service at webshop@underwearsweden.com.

    3. In your email, please include your new order number and request that your return be processed as an exchange.

If we do not receive an email notifying us about the new order, the return will be processed as a standard return, and the return shipping cost will apply.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

  • We reserve the right to wait for the returned item before issuing the refund.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Labels, tags, and hygiene seals must be intact.

  • Packaging must be undamaged.

  • The item must be unused and free from makeup, hair, perfume, or odors.

  • No parts may be missing (e.g., bra straps).

Please note that returned products cannot be sent back to you once processed.

Complaints & Warranty

You have the right to file a complaint within 3 years of purchase. Claims must be made within 2 months of discovering the defect. Complaints cover manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear.

How to file a complaint:

  • Contact Customer Service and provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • If a product is damaged during transport, the same complaint rights apply.

  • If a product is incorrectly delivered or missing, please notify us promptly.

  • Return shipping costs are covered for approved complaints.

Force Majeure

We are exempt from liability if unforeseen circumstances (e.g., new laws, government actions, labor conflicts, fires, floods, war, terrorism, sabotage, or major accidents) prevent us from fulfilling our obligations.
