Sustainable for people, the environment and our society

Our sustainability work is based on the three overarching perspectives of economic, ecological, and social sustainability, which originate from the Brundtland Report Our Common Future from 1987. The report, written on behalf of the UN, defines sustainable development as: “Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”

Translated into our daily lives and reality, it means maintaining the highest quality, acting in an environmentally responsible way, and caring for our fellow humans – both those we interact with daily and those we may never meet.

At the end of the day, sustainability is about caring for people, the environment, and society. And that’s exactly what we do.
